applications to run for office.
October 30—Please be sure to renew your membership by this time so you can exercise your right to vote! In order to be an eligible voter, you must be an active member of ACTE as of 30 days prior to the commencement of voting.
November 30—Voting begins!
• Survey and Ballot Systems
(NOREPLY@directvote.net) will serve as
the third-party election vendor and will
send out e-mails with member numbers
and passcodes to all eligible voters
(using the same format as previous
years) in the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 30.
11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2018
Deadline for casting your vote.
WEEK OF JANUARY 1, 2019
The results of the election will be released.

The Winter CTE Meeting will be in Nashville, TN on February 11 & 12, 2019. The meeting will be at the Scarritt Bennett Center. The hotel for the conference will be the Embassy Suites on the West End. We look forward to seeing you in February. The second day of the meeting will be used for legislative breakfast and the visits. The breakfast will be at the Musicians Hall of Fame as it was last year. Watch the CCR update and CTE Director update for more information.
Every year between July and October the Directors of Career and Technical Education are invoiced for professional fees associated with the organization. This money assists in the development of activities and programs associated with representing the directors of the state. The cost of the professional development fee is $100. The organization is non-profit. Please submit your invoice fee before the winter CTE Meeting in Nashville, TN.
